About Hamco Developments

Hamco Developments Ltd is a unique planning, design and development consultancy company started by Matthew Hamer in 2018, after spending over 10 years working for architects, surveyors and property developers, gaining vast experience in both design and build sectors. The simple aim is to provide a better, more coherent and cost effective planning, design and development service to homeowners, property developers and businesses alike.

The experience gained straddling the border of England & Wales has enabled the building of great relationships Local Authorities, consultants, engineers and specialists to provide services for projects which are often needed.

Hamco Developments have designed and managed the planning, design and construction of:

Hamco Developments specialise in guiding clients through the minefield of property development. Taking greenfield or brownfield sites through the planning processes to construction and the sign off of building regulations; working closely with the local authority, utility companies and site inspectors to ensure the successful delivery of a project.

With bases in Shrewsbury & Llanidloes we are well based to serve Mid Wales and the Border Counties but more than willing to work across the UK and beyond.
