This is where Hamco Developments comes into its own; if you have got land to develop or already obtained planning permission from a single plot to a whole estate of houses or a commercial project, we can co-ordinate this whole process. Manage the planning, design and development, getting approvals and services in place, knowing the sequence and who to get involved to get you up and running on the development site to either build away or sell plot by plot.
Having worked with Landowners who didn’t know a thing about property development, been able to turn an outline planning approval into serviced plots for sale with all the infrastructure in place maximising their return on the land.
We have a history of assisting developers that didn’t know a lot about the process to enable them to work effectively within the red tape and have gained road agreements (S38/278), Sewer diversions (S185), Sewer Adoptions (S104), Sewer Connections (S106), SAB Approval, liaise with service providers (telecoms, electric, gas, water), Building Regulations, SAP’s, Professional Consultants Certificates (PCC) etc…
Hamco Developments have also provided customers with Project Management Services for new-builds, extensions and refurbishments. Putting them in touch with the right people to get things off the ground and supervision of works for remote clients.
Custom Build is fast becoming the talk of the town, it is seen by the UK Government as a method of delivery housing and raising the standards of housing across the country. In a nutshell Custom Build allows ordinary people to buy a serviced plots, they can design how they want their house to look & feel (within reason), choose their own builder or choose to build it themselves or to mix of both.
It also works for landowners in areas where the mainstream developers don’t want to build, it allows sometimes more rural areas to deliver housing and an opportunity for the landowner to get the return they want.
