Building Regulations & Drawings

If you have got planning, or don’t need it, but want to get on and build, usually the next stage is to get Building Regulation approval either through the Local Authority (LABC) and an Approved Inspector.

This set of drawings shows compliance with relevant building standards (Building Regulations) while showing the building contractor or self-builder exactly how the project goes together with information such as setting out measurements, construction details and specification of materials.
