Land at Y Van, Powys
One of the first applications to be approved under the 5 year land supply shortage in Powys.
Hamco Developments drew the plans for this village extension to assist with this application and it sailed through planning committee. Plots are hoping to be made available in 2018 with Hamco Developments involved in the co-ordination of the scheme.
